10. Data transfers to payment partners

For payment processing, we transfer the necessary data to the following payment partners:

  • BARKAPAY: for processing bank card and mobile money payments
  • Ligdicash: for processing electronic payments
  • Cinetpay: for processing online payments
  • Pawapay: for processing mobile payments

Data transferred: the data transferred to our payment partners include only the information strictly necessary to process your transaction:

  • First and last names
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Transaction amount
  • Payment information (encrypted)

Security: all our payment partners are certified and comply with the strictest security standards (PCI-DSS for bank cards). Sensitive data are encrypted during transfer and storage.

Purpose: these transfers are made solely to process your payments and ensure transaction security. We do not share your data with these partners for any other purpose.

Retention: our payment partners retain your data only for the period necessary to process the transaction and meet legal obligations (generally 13 months for bank card data).

11. Minors and age restrictions

Our services are intended for persons aged at least 13 years. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are a parent and discover that your child under 13 has provided us with data, contact us immediately to have it deleted.

Voting restriction: Minors (under 18) may not participate in online voting without duly completed parental authorisation. This authorisation must be provided before any participation in a vote. In the absence of valid parental authorisation, participation in voting is strictly prohibited for minors.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and wish to authorise your minor child to participate in a vote, please contact us at support@tigsi.net to obtain the parental authorisation form.
