These are two very different business models:

An election category is a distinct voting group within the same event. For example, if your contest has 3 competitions (Best Singer, Best Dancer, Best Artist), you have 3 categories and pay 3 × 25 000 FCFA = 75 000 FCFA.

After purchase, each ticket generates a unique encrypted QR Code. At the entrance, your staff use the free Tigsi Scan app (iOS / Android) to scan QR codes. If a ticket is already used or fake, the app alerts in red. No extra hardware — just a smartphone.

Yes. Once payment is confirmed, the ticket with QR Code is sent automatically by SMS and/or email. You have no manual action to perform. A reminder can also be configured the day before or on event day.

Upload or create your venue plan directly on the platform. Exhibitors see the plan in real time, choose their spot and book online. Reserved booths are automatically grayed out — no more double bookings.

Tigsi contracts include complete information (exhibitor, booth, amount, dates, terms). They are electronically accepted with timestamp. We recommend legal review for major events.

Set your payment schedule (e.g. 50% on booking, 50% 30 days before the event). The platform automatically sends reminders before each due date. In case of non-payment, configure automatic follow-up or cancellation.

Fully customizable page: cover photo, logo, description, video, goal with progress bar, deadline, automatic thank-you messages. You can also set suggested donation tiers (1,000, 5,000, 10,000 FCFA) with a message for each tier.

Yes, each donor automatically receives a receipt by SMS and/or email with the amount, date, reference and campaign name. You can export all donations as CSV or PDF.

It works simply and virally:

1. You activate the Jy Serai service for your event.
2. Your guests access a dedicated page (link or QR code).
3. They upload a photo from their phone.
4. The platform generates an « I'll be at [your event] » poster with their photo.
5. They share on WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or download.

Result: organic buzz generated by your participants themselves.

The White Label option removes all Tigsi branding from generated posters. The base plan price is multiplied by 2 (e.g. Starter: 10 000 → 20 000 FCFA).

In addition to the base plan (poster generation), you can add:

• Participant Contacts Pack — +15 000 FCFA
• Generated Visuals Pack — +10 000 FCFA

The Contacts Pack includes collection (with explicit consent) and Excel export. The Visuals Pack includes the gallery and ZIP download.

Once the limit is reached, new generations are blocked and you receive a notification. You can upgrade at any time from your dashboard (Discovery → Starter → Standard).

All major payment methods in Africa:

Funds are transferred automatically to your account, after commission deduction:

• Mobile Money: instant or within 24h depending on your setup.

Configure automatic daily, weekly or on-demand transfers from your dashboard.

In case of cancellation, you (the organizer) are responsible for refunding buyers according to your policy. Tigsi provides tools to initiate bulk refunds from the dashboard. Commission is refunded proportionally for refunds processed within the specified timeframe.
