Preamble
These General Terms of Sale and Service Provision (the “Terms of Sale”) govern the contractual relationship between Tigsi, owned by TIGSI SARL, registered with the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register (RCCM) under number BF-OUA-01-2025-B12-16068, with share capital of CFA 2,000,000 and tax identification number IFU 00287150K, and any natural person or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) using the services offered by Tigsi through our web and mobile platforms (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”).
These Terms of Sale apply automatically to any promoter or event organiser using the services offered by Tigsi, from the creation or publication of an event on the platform, whether through the website or mobile application. Use of the services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms, without the need for a handwritten signature.
These terms supplement the Terms of Use available on our Site. In the event of a conflict between the Terms of Use and these Terms of Sale, the latter shall prevail in all matters relating to sales, services and contractual relationships.
The platform also includes a feature enabling promoters to organise digital prize draws as part of their events. This feature is provided as a technical service, and its use is subject to the specific rules set out below.
Article 1: Purpose
These Terms of Sale define the terms and conditions under which Tigsi provides ticketing services, voting management services and customised event services, such as event registrations through specific forms and associated payment services.
Article 2: Minimum age and voting restrictions
Tigsi services are intended for persons aged at least 13 years. Use of the platform by persons under 13 is strictly prohibited.
Specific voting restriction: Minors (under 18) may not participate in online voting without duly completed and validated parental authorisation. This authorisation must be obtained before any attempt to vote.
The Client (event organiser) undertakes to:

- Verify participants' ages and ensure that minors have the required parental authorisation
- Refuse any participation in voting by unauthorised minors
- Retain parental authorisations for at least 2 years after the end of the event
