3. Minimum age and restrictions
Our services are intended for persons aged at least 13 years. Use of the platform by persons under 13 is strictly prohibited.
Voting restriction: Minors (under 18) may not participate in online voting without duly completed and validated parental authorisation. This authorisation must be obtained before any attempt to vote. In the absence of valid parental authorisation, participation in voting is strictly prohibited for minors, and any attempt to vote will be rejected.
Event organisers using our voting platform are responsible for verifying participants' ages and ensuring that minors have the required parental authorisation before allowing them to participate.

To access certain services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. User conduct
Users must use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Any fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Tigsi may not be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform.
Tigsi accepts no liability in the event of a dispute between a user and a third-party organiser using the platform, in particular with respect to prize draws, failure to award prizes, or failure by a promoter to fulfil an undertaking.
7. Changes to the Terms of Use
Tigsi reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will take effect immediately.
8. Prize draw feature
The Tigsi platform enables event organisers to offer online prize draws as part of their activities. Tigsi is in no way the organiser of these prize draws; it is solely the provider of the technical tool that enables their management (sale of entry tickets, draw and publication of results).
Each organiser is responsible for ensuring that its prize draw complies with the laws in force in its country (including those relating to administrative authorisation, taxation and gambling regulation). Tigsi reserves the right to suspend or remove any non-compliant prize draw or any prize draw reported as fraudulent.
Tigsi disclaims all responsibility for the awarding of prizes, the validity of draws or any claim related to a prize draw. Any claim must be addressed directly to the organiser of the relevant prize draw.
